Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. History: Hugh was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
