History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While he appears to be a normal Tabaxi, he's... not quite right. History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He has worked as a Carter like his father before him.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Cimer embodies much of what other species detest in the Tieflings. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: Cimer hails from a village terrorized by goblins. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
