He was preparing to flee to the north, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying north to reunite his family. History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Efferil was born on a far eastern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Crown-heir. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

His moppish blonde hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His gray eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He worked as a nervous Fisher and found it very stressful. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter; and many brigands want him driven away
