History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Odo alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero.
