Description: He is a mite stocky and tends to wear a grey poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt. His copper crest is braided into rings. His gold eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He got into the Dilettante business at a young age. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. Being a Dilettante kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Description: He is lean but muscular and is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured. He is bald on top and has large golden tufts of hair around his ears. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and he is wracked by social anxiety

Description: He wears green painted combat armor at almost all times. He cuts an attractive figure and his suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. His hair is long and chestnut with streaks of auburn, and is pulled back with small green clips. His beard is auburn, braided, and well cared for. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: Hoshgrish hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it; and a deep hatred of dire rats

Description: He wears a fine chain shirt which he covers with tan colored cloaks and clothing. He has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. His crest is black, silky, and of moderate length. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Description: He is a physically imposing dark-skinned man. He wears a tan coat over a red low-cut shirt, and a Stetson hat upon his head. His hair is short and white. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Henry embodies much of what other species detest in the Half-Elves. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: Henry was born the youngest of three triplets. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Half-Elven artifacts is his passion; and an old rival family wants him found
