Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. He wears a colorful flower in his dark red hair. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.
Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. Balam enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.
History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Balam was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Balam was born on a far western mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Mayor. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Mayor and was forced into it by his family; and nothing but the best is good enough for him

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Map Maker who has hired him part-time. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.
History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He's in love; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Description: He wears a white armored body suit, with a simple blue line shooting up and back down. His hair is short and black. His hazel eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.
History: Vlorn was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Vlorn was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: He wears long strands of topaz and short red dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. He carries with him a set of maces, each one with a topaz on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. His red hair is long and unkept. He has several tiny topaz earrings on each ear.
Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. A true patriot, Anselm would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.
History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Anselm fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.
