He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. Kyle was born on a far eastern forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Junk Dealer. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.
