Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this eastern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Ribbles fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

During his travels, Adran and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Adran discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Adran fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Mercenary arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs.
