History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. River was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Description: A man of a pale complexion, he dresses in white turtlenecks beneath a grey coat with white slacks. His black hair is braided into rings. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his hazel eyes.

Personality: Kilvar is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country.
