Description: He is an attractive man, lean and moderately muscular. He wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. He has wavy brown fur. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.
History: Smoking hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. He was taken from his home at a very young age. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Smoking was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the gnolls.
Motivation: Many gnolls want him driven away; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it

Description: An older man who is renowned for his bright green suits and hats, he is not a threatening figure. His black hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.
Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.
History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. He worked as a nervous Doctor and found it very stressful. In the meantime he has taken over work as a Doctor and occasionally as a mercenary.
Motivation: He's looking for his big break.

Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He wears a brown coat over a blue low-cut shirt, and a broad hat upon his head. He wears his chestnut hair down. His hazel eyes peer out from beneath his broad brown hat.
Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.
History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. The family's rival house kidnapped his sister with the intent that his sister marry their son to gain control of contested properties. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: To unite with his brother; and regain custody of his son

Description: He is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 6'6" when asserting himself. His black hair is braided into rings. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep red.
Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Forcas was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Forcas decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He bought a shield and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and someone believes him a fraud

Description: This man has the majority of his body covered in plate, and sports empty pouches on his belt. His white hair is smooth and relatively long. His eyes are blue and catlike.
Personality: This man loves dancing and to teach people dancing more than just about anything. He uses divination through singing.
History: Nordak was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He was granted druidic powers by his dying brother.
Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and to reunite with his old friends
