History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: Varis lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He was granted arcane powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers

Personality: He is fixated on the number 50. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. While he appears to be a normal Half-Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and wants to work out more often

Description: A pudgy man standing about 6'3" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for his hunting needs. With bright brown hair and a scraggly beard. His eyes are likewise green. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: Randal lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Roofer they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Adventurer, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: Regain custody of his son.

He conceals his shield with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. He has done his best to style his chestnut hair to look like a famous performer. His eyes are white and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Born to a Doctor, his father struggled to pay the bills. He found a children's book about a Tiefling Barbarian who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he would like to get married and retire
