Description: With blue face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he wears well tailored suits and hats with beautiful decoration. He is almost always dressed for an outing in high society. With bright chestnut hair and a scraggly beard. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady blue eyes.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: His divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Animal Trainer. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: This man is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. He has shaved his head bald. He has violet eyes and a blue hat with a black feather.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.

Description: This man stands a little under 5'8" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears a violet costume with the symbols of the four houses of cards on his torso. His long golden hair reaches down to his waist. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. Tûhorn enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Tûhorn hails from a village terrorized by goblins. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by goblins. Tûhorn was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the goblins.

Motivation: Many goblins want him driven away.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Interpreter. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. At a young age his father died while driving off some goblins. His mother being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in pickaxe use. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
