Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has worked as a Miller like his mother before him.

He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: He was born into a rich family. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
