Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Whurbin embodies much of what other species detest in the Dwarves. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Born in the south to a Scribe, Whurbin learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Scribe and was forced into it by his family; and wants to open a new tavern

He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Hunter. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Hunter. He became a Hunter soon after.
