History: Miles was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Cleric, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Cleric in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He found a children's book about a Human Cleric who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Gormogord was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. When Gormogord reached his early adolescence his Halfling mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. A friendly and beautiful Halfling, he is rarely seen without a few beauties around his arms. Though a playboy in all rights, he is no lame duck.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. After a long history of fighting, Vlorn and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Sage and was forced into it by his family; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

History: He was born in the north. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the north were limited. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Cook they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Engraver, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Engraver responsibilities is difficult; and sabotage a competitor
