Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Rael was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He disdains his fellow easterners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Calcitro was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Halflings in Calcitro's homeland. Calcitro decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: He was born at the edge of vast desert. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and nothing but the best is good enough for him

History: Gifted from a young age, Hubert studied abroad. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He tends to his Fisher job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
