History: Wiggan was born with his father's beautiful face. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with singing. He constantly tries to fill his life with singing. He is an amazing painter.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Servant arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He has had some formal singing training, and achieved minor success. He was granted divine powers by his dying brother.
