Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Lorm grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Lorm. Being a Assassin kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Nim was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Half-Elven activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Half-Elven doctor. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: To protect his home.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Map Maker. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Map Maker work with an outfit from a few towns over. Map Maker work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Halfling people; and wants to open a new tavern

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Bricklayer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and tiefling compassion

History: He is a Chromatic Dragon in disguise. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Carpenter and was forced into it by his family; and obtaining odd cultural elven artifacts is his passion
