Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Stableman hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and he is wracked by social anxiety

Description: He wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. He carries a battered shield and tarnished trident as well. He keeps his long golden hair kept up in a rat tail. His eyes are a pleasant blue.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Halfling in existence. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Gormogord fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a tea of some kind. He dresses in tan turtlenecks beneath a violet coat with black slacks, marred by teas. His hair is red and very short. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Baern grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He worked as a nervous Bather and found it very stressful. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Bather for the past few years.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and someone believes him a fraud

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world.

Description: A 3'6" western man, he wears well tailored suits and hats with beautiful decoration. He is almost always dressed for an outing in high society. His silver hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a broad hat. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.

Personality: Wiggens hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his dancing career. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Wiggens was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He became a Layabout soon after.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Layabout responsibilities is difficult.
