History: Pijjirik was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world.

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during, and is pretty ugly. He sports a flattop hair cut. He has gleaming, smiling gray eyes.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Thorpe embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he desires power and/or immortality

Description: This man wears a simple black robe with grey stripes complete with hood. He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized ruby on his left hand. His purple hair is lengthy. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep silver.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He wears grey robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a bastard sword, but if one is not available he will default to his shortbow. His black hair is lengthy. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Through the years after Altho was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Altho's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and retire the richest man in the west

Description: 3'8" and muscular, this eastern man wears suspenders and white workpants. His shirt is brown, and he wears a heavy white leather apron most of the time. His black hair, when down, is lengthy. His ears are large.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day.
