History: Born to a Carpenter, his father struggled to pay the bills. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Curran fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Nelkin was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Halfling companion (his 'brother'). He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. A gifted student he started as a Shoemaker, but he got bored and became a Detective. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. His hair, while still mostly brown, has prominent grey streaks. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: Thoradin hails from a village terrorized by giants. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Gerald was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.
