He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. Sporting a red mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His amber eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He works hard and plays hard.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Whurbin was a troubled youth. History: He comes from a rich western family. While he appears to be a normal Halfling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
