History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He moved out south to avoid the crime he committed. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of drow may trigger it at times.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Iados was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He took after his father in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his father taught him to defend himself. When his father died while fighting drow, the young Iados began to lead the lost caravan. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.
