History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. His parents were killed by dire rats in a raid when he was still a young child. The dire rats captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Alston was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the dire rats.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He moved out north to avoid the crime he committed. Being a Actor kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Dragonborn people; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
