Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He is typically in his Shepherd uniform. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this western guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: Born in the west to a Shepherd, Oren learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. While he appears to be a normal Halfling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He became a Shepherd soon after.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His childhood dream was to be a Performer, but he was a colossal failure. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Tanner for the past few years.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Description: This tall, slender man wears a blue tunic with tan highlights, and long brown pants that bunch up around his shoes. His long auburn hair reaches down to his waist. His hazel eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the north. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Shipwright. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 15 years.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and he is wracked by social anxiety

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. His chestnut hair is braided into rings. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His childhood dream was to be a Scribe, but he was a colossal failure. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). His hair is long and golden with streaks of blonde, and is pulled back with small green clips. His beard is blonde, braided, and well cared for. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day
