History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He was granted psionic powers by his dying sister.

History: Hobart was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature dagger.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.
