Description: This younger middle-aged man is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down, and a wedding ring on his right hand. His fur is cut close to his head. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Barkeep born in the past three hundred years. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Barkeep work with an outfit from a few towns over. Barkeep work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. His red hair is thinning but still full. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes giants are coming to abduct people. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, giants burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the south, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying south to reunite his family. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Many giants want him driven away; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

Description: This man wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty brown coat over it. He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized emerald on his right hand. He has styled his red fur well, parting it to the right. His eyes are hazel and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Left-Handed embodies much of what other species detest in the Tabaxis. A true patriot, Left-Handed would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He got into the Bookbinder business at a young age. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Left-Handed was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has worked as a Bookbinder like his father before him.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and expand his business

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. Duergath is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was raised in a desert tribe. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He tends to his Brewer job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and sabotage a competitor
