History: Paymon was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. Through the years after Paymon was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Paymon's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. When Namfoodle reached his early adolescence his Gnome father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by brigands. Namfoodle was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the brigands.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs
