Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the east. Hoshû abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains.
