Description: An older man who wears blue robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a hammer, but if one is not available he will default to his longsword, he is not a threatening figure. His silver hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His amber eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes orcs are coming to abduct people. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. Being a Soapmaker kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and wants to raise his children well

Description: His right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He wears a red tunic with white highlights, and long grey pants that bunch up around his shoes. His hair is cut close to his head. His green eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: The child of a Mason, who enjoyed hunting, Halander was taken on many hunting expeditions. In his 13th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He wears a black armored body suit, with a simple brown line shooting up and back down. His fur, while still mostly cinnamon, has prominent grey streaks. His hazel unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Shipwright but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Shivering has worked very hard to control his curse. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and tabaxi compassion

Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Half-Orc, and stands approximately 6'0". He wears a tan vest and prefers green and blue shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down, and his gloved hand is found clutching a monstrous two handed axe. His blonde hair is knotted and matted. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. Hoshû liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Description: Standing 3'11", this man wears tattered old clothes. His brown hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. He has several tiny sapphire earrings on each ear.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Gilthur fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
