History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. Some 7 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Zepar never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Cook born in the past three hundred years. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Healer they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Cook, and he later adopted a second daughter.
