History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While he appears to be a normal Half-Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. He moved out east to avoid the crime he committed. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and he has money and likes to spend it
