His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Rolen grew up listening to his father's many stories. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Elven companion (his 'brother'). He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

After coming to the age of reason, Lewis took it upon himself to study the necromantic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland.
