Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he wears a simple black robe with green stripes complete with hood. His red hair is unkempt and raggedy. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes illithids are coming to abduct people. A true patriot, Chem would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Chem hails from a village terrorized by illithids. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Apothecary hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

After coming to the age of reason, Peter took it upon himself to study the necromantic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.
