History: Born to a Masseuse, his father struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Dilettante hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He came across an abandoned tomb where he found a relic that called out to him. After picking it up he was cursed by a spirit.

He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Akmen was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Ranger, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Ranger in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Tiefling artifacts is his passion.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when drow swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His parents were killed by drow in a raid when he was still a young child. The drow captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. After a long history of fighting, Simon and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it.
