History: His necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. History: Born in the north to a Butcher, Purban learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. A gifted student he started as a Priest, but he got bored and became a Butcher. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Folgûm lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with writing. He constantly tries to fill his life with writing. He has all his life been fascinated with writing.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Baker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Some 8 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Hadarai never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.
