History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He moved out east to avoid the crime he committed. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Kâka has worked very hard to control his curse. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Description: This man is generally shirtless and showing off his tattooed chest. He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized aquamarine on his right hand. He wears his black hair up in a very large beehive style do. His eyes are gray and beady.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While he appears to be a normal Half-Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: To be a Engraver again; and sabotage a competitor
