He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Conrad was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Conrad took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up spear and armor he uses now. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Apothecary arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Adelard abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: Conrad wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Ranger, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: Born in the north to a Performer, Conrad learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and sabotage a competitor
