Description: His skin has the orange glow of too much sun. He wears a grey vest and prefers brown and black shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. His silver hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a card scrunchie. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Howard embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Howard was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Painter. He has worked as a Painter like his mother before him.

Motivation: To be a Masseuse again.

Description: This man wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with brown lining and desert motifs, and sports empty pouches on his belt. His red hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. This violet eyed westerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: This man loves music and to teach people music more than just about anything. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and retire the richest man in the west

Description: This slender man stands about 6'3". He is wearing a long, brown cloak. His black hair is greasy and uncared for. He has red eyes.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: Forcas was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Forcas fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: He was born into a rich family. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and wants to raise his children well

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He wears well tailored suits and hats with beautiful decoration. He is almost always dressed for an outing in high society. He has dyed his greying blonde hair a little too much giving a sharp blonde color. His eyes are gray and beady.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Carter but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: He was born in the south. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the south were limited. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He is greedy; and wants to have a good time and be beloved
