History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Tiefling activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Tiefling doctor. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, illithids burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the north, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying north to reunite his family. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it

Personality: Clerebold is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Through the years after Clerebold was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Clerebold's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Clerebold and his spouse have recently divorced.
