History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He is a great chef.

History: Born to a Mortician, his father struggled to pay the bills. His druidic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Efferil fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during. His silver hair is greasy and uncared for. His eyes are brown.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He struck the Shepherd job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: He is well dressed, constantly wearing a black suit, green shirt, and grey tie. He is portly but not overly obese. His silver hair is matted, messy, and big. His fierce red eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Beggar. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and to reunite with his old friends

Description: He is an attractive man, lean and moderately muscular. He wears dull green sweaters, loose brown pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed quarterstaff, just in case. He wears his auburn hair up in a very large beehive style do. His green eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He was granted martial powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and he feels kind of lost in life
