Description: His right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He wears a worn and beaten armor. His brown hair is unkempt and raggedy. His eyes are a pleasant hazel.
Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.
History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Gardain was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Tailor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world

Description: 6'10" and lanky with angular features, he is an attractive figure. He prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for his hunting needs. His hair is cut close to his head. He has hazel eyes.
Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Through the years after Garl was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Garl's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Garl and his spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Description: This northern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He usually wears his black robe and has his falchion always slung over his shoulder. His deerstalker hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His red eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.
History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. Nicor abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
Motivation: To reunite with his old friends.

Description: His left side is far more bruised and cut up than his other. He wears a worn and beaten armor. He wears his orange fur down. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are green.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Quick fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.
History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. He struck the Painter job and began his own company from there.
Motivation: Retire the richest man in the east; and expand his business
