Personality: Watson is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: Zook was born the youngest of three triplets. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

He cuts an attractive figure and his suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. He wears a colorful flower in his golden hair. His hazel eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. The war was a terrible time for him, and Ulfgar does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life.

Description: This man wears skinny pants and wears a tan and brown robe with the hood down. He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized jet on his left hand. His hair is auburn and very short. His gray eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: He was born into a rich family. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Alston grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Alston. He has achieved small success as a Tanner.

Motivation: To be a Guard again; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Description: He wears a tan collared shirt and blue pants. He accessorizes with a green scarf around the waist and a strap diagonally across his shirt, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 6'5" when asserting himself. His top hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 83. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: The child of a Detective, who enjoyed hunting, Mehen was taken on many hunting expeditions. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered music. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Mehen was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the giants.

Motivation: Many giants want him driven away.
