Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. The war was a terrible time for him, and Rael does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He has never given up on his poetry dream.
