History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Fonkin grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Fonkin. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

History: Born to a Bookbinder, his father struggled to pay the bills. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Shepherd responsibilities is difficult.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.
