He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He exudes charisma. He is a tour de force of persuasion. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the west. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. Some 9 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, River never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Painter arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Bidreked grew up listening to his mother's many stories. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has dedicated himself to building a better kind of golem.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.
