History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has taken up work as a Spice Merchant and fed both sides of the war false information with the goal of increasing casualties.

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. With a patchy silver beard and wild silver hair. He is baby faced.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Theren fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Description: He has the majority of his body covered in plate. He carries with him a set of axes on his belt, each one with a amber on the hilt. His red hair is long and unkept. His fierce gray eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Guard business.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, he put together a working one.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and he's in love

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he wears a fine chain shirt which he covers with green colored cloaks and clothing. His crest, while still mostly rusty, has prominent grey streaks. His red eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Zedaar grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Zedaar. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Description: 2'11" and lanky with angular features, he is an attractive figure. He is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. His black hair is braided into rings. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His parents enrolled him in a Paladin school at a young age so that he could practice his martial talents. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
