History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. His childhood dream was to be a Fortune-teller, but he was a colossal failure. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Mayor business.

History: Valafar lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent father.

History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and doesn't want to be a actor and was forced into it by his family
