History: He comes from a rich western family. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Dyer they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Barkeep, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.

History: Shivering was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Aristocrat, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Aristocrat in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He moved out south to avoid the crime he committed. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
