Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he prefers to wear brown pants and tee shirts. He has scarlet crest. His eyes are red.
Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with dancing. He constantly tries to fill his life with dancing. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered dancing. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and he is greedy

Description: He wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination, and carries falchions. He sports a flattop hair cut. His eyes are likewise red. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.
Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.
History: The child of a Shepherd, who enjoyed hunting, Morthos was taken on many hunting expeditions. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Painter. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Morthos fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and expand his business

Description: He likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. He carries a battered ceremonial dagger and tarnished shield as well. He is bald on top and has large black tufts of hair around his ears. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.
Personality: He is fixated on the number 16. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Blacksmith but believes his peers are too gung-ho.
History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his mother. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Dwarves in Gimgen's homeland. Gimgen decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love.

Description: He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. He has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. He wears his auburn hair down. His green eyes are passionate and lively.
Personality: He hates drow. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He feeds upon the attention of others.
History: Gifted from a young age, Rangrim studied abroad. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Rangrim grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Rangrim. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Description: He wears a robe, a symbol of death around his neck, and a scimitar on his belt. He cuts an attractive figure and his suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. His blonde hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His eyes are likewise hazel. His teeth are white and perfect.
Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Hamil fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him.
